INTRODUCTION
Heartbreak is caused by separation from a spouse on romantic or friendly grounds, betrayal, rejection or death of a loved one. Whether it's the first time or after years of maturity and experience, when the heart breaks it's always a difficult experience that takes time to overcome. The problem stems from a feeling of loss and is therefore similar to the process of grieving. The heartbreak and the process of getting out of it takes anywhere from a few weeks to years.

MARKET RESEARCH INSIGHTS
Implementation: Supportive Community
A community area to create a supportive environment and a safe place for emotional expression. Users can share their posts and tasks, as well as comment on other users' posts.
Request information from the user in order to Tailor the most appropriate treatment for him. This is usually done in the onboarding process.
Implementation: Initial customization process
The initial onboarding process includes a customization phase designed to create an optimal and personalized treatment plan for the user. Once the user has completed all tasks, they will be asked for their feedback on how they feel. Based on this feedback, the treatment plan will be refined and adapted to better suit the user's needs.
Implementation: Feedback before and after each task

Studies and Articles - Conclusions
"The withdrawal of romantic love activates the same mechanisms in our brain that get activated when addicts are withdrawing from substances like cocaine or opioids"

Implementation: Tasks to build a new routine
Heartbreak causes impatience and low mood. To avoid user churn, it is recommended to use Couch marks until the initial value is obtained.
Couch marks
The solution:
Coach Marks until the initial value is achieved
People dealing with heartbreak often feel down and impatient, increasing their risk of abandonment. To prevent disengagement, we'll help them complete their first task using coach marks.
USER RESEARCH INSIGHT
I studied 10 people aged 25-35 who define themselves as having dealt with severe heartbreak in the past year as a result of a relationship that ended (whether separation or bereavement).
There is great resistance to talking to AI
There is a preference for talking to a person. There is a fear that talking to a machine will deepen the feeling of loneliness, and in addition, there is a fear of revealing private information with a computer.
The solution:
to explain the benefits of AI while ensuring that personal information stays confidential
AI technology today can analyze the timbre of our voices to infer our emotions. This allows AI to provide an attentive and accessible listening experience, capable of monitoring and diagnosing our feelings in a manner similar to a therapist, based on predefined settings. To address concerns about communicating with AI, it's important to explain to users that AI enhances personalization, making it more affordable and efficient. Additionally, it’s essential to reassure users that any information they share will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone else.

Kintsugi + Kotzek Rebbe
The art of kintsugi, derived from the Japanese philosophy of wabi-sabi, focuses on repairing broken objects by decorating the cracks with gold, transforming them into beautiful and unique items precisely because of their flaws. Similarly, the Kotzek Rebbe said, "There is nothing more complete than a broken heart," meaning that the injuries the heart endures temper and shape it.

I utilized Midjourney's describe parameter to translate inspirations into actionable prompts. By identifying recurring keywords, I established a consistent illustration style. This process involved generating and experimenting with various prototypes until I finalized the foundation for the app's visual identity.
